Contract Opportunity:  Definitional Mission for Indo-Pacific Energy and Critical Minerals Infrastructure 

WynBay Tech LLC is currently preparing a client-funded proposal for a "Definitional Mission for Indo-Pacific Energy and Critical Minerals Infrastructure Opportunities" contract.  We are seeking a candidate to join the WynBay Tech team and lead critical minerals activities should we be awarded the contract.

The Role:  The Critical Minerals Sector Advisor will serve as WBT’s technical lead for all critical minerals project deliverables — Project Reports, Terms of Reference development and review, and project development activities covering critical minerals exploration, processing, and supply chain development across the Indo-Pacific region. Work product feeds into investment pipelines supporting U.S. firm market entry in the critical minerals sector in the Asia & Pacific Region.

Candidate Profile: ∙ 

• Demonstrated technical or advisory experience in critical minerals value chains, mining sector assessment, mineral processing, or supply chain development in the Indo-Pacific region
• Familiarity with DFC, Ex-Im Bank, ADB, IFC, or other MDB financing of extractive sector projects a plus
• Prior USG-funded project experience (USTDA, USAID, World Bank, MCC, or similar) preferred but not required
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident required to meet client requirements

Engagement is contingent on USTDA contract award.
